Before you do, we welcome you to read some of the helpful information below about dental insurance, what you can expect during your first visit, and any new patient forms you’ll need to fill out. When you first enter our dental office, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly front desk associates who will collect all of your new patient information and input it into our system. We’ll then take you back to one of our comfortable treatment rooms, where you’ll meet your dental hygienist and dentist. After your treatment, our financial coordinator will discuss any insurance questions you may have, collect necessary payment, and be sure to schedule a follow-up appointment for you if you need one.
Before your first appointment, we ask that you download, fill out, print, and bring in your new patient forms with you. That way, you won’t have to worry about doing it when you arrive.
